You may not alter or modify any banners or buttons without obtaining prior written permission from Creative Labs, Inc. You must also secure permission before using any third party's copyrighted materials. If you are unsure about your rights to use or modify Creative Labs materials for your web site, contact the Creative Affiliate Program Manager. |

May I use Creative Labs trademarked terms on my site and in my advertising? |
|
|
|
You are not permitted to use Creative's trademarked terms in any manner that directly or indirectly promotes a competitor's product before, during, or after being a member of Creative's affiliate program. Additionally, you may not use Creative's trademarked terms in your site tags, including, but not limited to, title, H1 and H2 tags, nor as any part of a search engine marketing keyword or ad copy without the express written consent of Creative Labs. |

How do I check the status of my account? |
|
|
|
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail notification. This will include your Commission Junction password; make sure to make a note of it. You can then log in to Commission Junction at the Member Login link at www.cj.com. Once you are logged in to the Service Center, you can view an "Affiliate Report" that summarizes your account status and gives you real-time information about your earnings. Additionally, you can expect to receive periodic e-mail updates. |

When do I get paid? |
|
|
|
Once you join our program, you'll be able to log into your account at www.cj.com and access the "Transaction Report area." You can see how much you've earned and even download an account report, if you wish. Earnings are automatically sent out every month by paper check to all Affiliates who have accumulated at least $25 in their account. There are no invoices to send and no data to track; Creative Labs and Commission Junction maintain all accounts. For those affiliates earning over $600 in a year, 1099 forms will be issued for tax reporting purposes. |

Are there any restrictions? |
|
|
|
We'd like everyone to promote Creative Labs. However, there are cases where we cannot allow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that: |

Use software applications or browser helper objects (you're still welcome to be an affiliate, just not use this type of referrer technology for use with our site) |

Contain sexually explicit materials |
|
Promote violence |
|
Promote illegal activities |
|
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age in their domain or site content |

Violate intellectual property rights |
|
|
|
If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time. Please note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined, at our sole discretion, to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement. |

Do I need to sign any kind of agreement or contract? |
|
|
|
There is nothing for you to "sign," but you must indicate that you have read and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the program by clicking "I agree" after reading the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement and the Commission Junction Privacy Policy. |
